Remote Support - Windows

If you need help from our staff and we need remote access to your computer and not sure how to do it. Follow this steps.

We will either provide you a link in your email or ask you to go to https://inspired.screenconnect.com/, if we provided a link in your email click on the link and go to the 2nd image and follow the instructions, if we asked you to go to  https://inspired.screenconnect.com/ you will see a page that looks like this, our staff will tell you unique code that will be used to connect to your computer.

Type inside the box the code that was given and then press the arrow to continue. 

A prompt will show up asking to download a file that will be used to connect to your computer.

Click to open the file and it will install our software, if you are on Windows you'll be prompt this window and then you click 'Yes' to continue, if you are on a Mac, go lower on the page to see instructions.

That's it, we should be able to see your screen and help you with the help you need.
