Setup Duo Mobile
Duo Mobile enables secure remote access to your desktop computer at the office, from any computer externally using Microsoft Remote Desktop.
To set it up, first you must download Duo Mobile from the App Store on your phone.

Make sure when installing the Duo Mobile app, that you allow notifications and location services. The app will only show location when you are remotely connecting and won't be active in the background, nor will it collect any data from your phone.
Once installed, you should have received a text message with a Duo activation link, you can click this to setup your account in Duo.
That's it!
Now when you use your Remote Desktop app to connect, you'll simply enter your password on your computer, then approve the connection via Duo Mobile on your phone to connect to your computer at the office.
